How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (exceptions apply) using the shipping option you chose.
Please note that weekends, public and bank holidays are not considered to be working days. Additionally, services maybe affected during public and bank holidays. There might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Our delivery time is generally achievable in most situations. However, on the odd occasion orders arrive later than expected due to external factors, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve the situation.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, Europe and International. Please note shipping fees may vary including extra carriage charges and taxes for addresses outside mainland UK.
The following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.  Please contact us at if you are an international customer and would like to discuss shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above £200 before VAT within UK mainland. Please note this only applies exclusively to online prices.
How is shipping determined?
Shipping is determined by two factors.
1) The weight and size of your parcel.
2) The number of parcels required to dispatch all the goods.
Do you deliver locally?
Unfortunately, we don’t but you are welcome to collect your order from us. We are based in east London and South Woodford tube station is a minute’s walk away.  When placing your order, please let us know you prefer to collect and we will contact you to arrange this. Of course, we will refund you any delivery charges if you choose to collect. Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30-16:00hrs, Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
